To curtail the use of your product for reasons it was not intended (ie: harassment, unwanted messages) I would love to have the option to block members of a cell from seeing the usernames of the other members. This is to cover my own bases as a teacher as well. This way, the only way that a student could private message another is if they shared their username personally.
